Summary of Changes from Previous Version

-organisation of material for logical flow and clarity, including re-naming of most subheadings

· Transfer of procedural information from the Policy to Procedure

· Clarify process for completion of supervisor report and where a candidate disagrees with content of supervisor report.

· Removal of section on �~additional information’, noting the limited time to provide such information and the desire to streamline the promotions process

· Streamlining of section on appeals to avoid duplicating material in the Appeals Procedures. The Procedures notes the right of appeal and refers readers to the Appeal Procedures.
