Summary of Changes from Previous Version

As part of the Policy Rationalisation Project the two current policies and one procedure on posthumous awards (HDR and Coursework) into a single procedure document that also includes aegrotat awards (currently in the General Rules). The new Aegrotat and Posthumous Awards Procedure will sit under the Graduation Rule.
