Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This policy incorporates and updates the current Online Learning Resources Rule and Procedures. These changes are largely limited to clarity and consolidation of duplicated material, rather than the introduction of new processes or scope.

The Online Learning Resource Rule is to be expired and replaced.
