Summary of Changes from Previous Version

20 Jun 2019: The membership of this Committee was amended after approval from the Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer on 19/6/2019. Membership was increased to also include the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research, and the Head Records, Policy and Governance. The Chair Academic Board was included as an Observer of the Committee, contributing to discussions as appropriate. Administrative support for the Committee was also amended, to be provided by the Records, Policy and Governance Office (rather than the Chief Legal and Governance Office).

25 Sept 2018: To coordinate and oversee the development, making and review of policies by involving key stakeholders and other co-opted committee members in the decision making and consideration of new and existing documents.
