Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Terms of Reference of the HDTT Committee currently state that membership includes a Professor elected by and from the Academic Board. With a reduced number of Professor-level staff currently serving on Academic Board, Council amended this rule to allow for a Professor to be elected by the Academic Board but who does not necessarily serve on the Board.
