Summary of Changes from Previous Version

7 December 2018: Administrative change made to clause 11(f) to remove the wording ‘may be appointed to the Committee, provided they are elected onto the Committee by the Council upon the recommendation of the Committee’ from subclause 11(f) ii, to the body of the text at clause 11(f). 


13 August 2018:  At its meeting of 27 July 2018, Council approved amendments to the approval functions of the Finance and Infrastructure Committee, increasing the delegation for funds approval from $5million to $10million (with Council approving beyond this amount) at clauses 21a(iii), 21a(iv), 21a(v), 21a(vi) and 21a(vii).
