Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The changes allow that in the event of UNE’s Emergency Management Plan being activated:
• ex-officio members can nominate a delegate to attend and vote on their behalf; and
• emergency business of the Committee may be convened with a quorum of one third of the voting membership.
