Summary of Changes from Previous Version

9/10/17: Amendment to reflect change of title from ‘Director, Student Administration and Services’, to ‘Director Student Success’.

These Procedures have been amended at Clause (3) to provide a more general approach to any conflict that may arise in the application of this Procedure in concert with Joint Medical Program (JMP) policy documentation.

10/9/18: Amendment to Clause 56a to reflect that the Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor is the Chair of the Student Conduct Appeals Committee. Amendment approved by the Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer.
