Clause 49 of this procedure has been amended to remove the reference to the UNE Ombudsman. The UNE Council took the decision to discontinue the UNE Ombudsman and the UNE Ombudsman Rule was rescinded 12/8/2016. Any ombudsman matters should be referred to the NSW Ombudsman. 6/6/18: The Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research undertook a preliminary review of the Procedure and recommended no change is currently required to the document and that a further review be scheduled for 6 June 2021.Research Related Complaints and Allegations Procedures
