Summary of Changes from Previous Version

References to the National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition (NOOSR) which is no longer operating, have been replaced with Australian (Commonwealth) Department of Education which is now responsible for those functions. The criteria for entry into Courses in Law in clause 9 (c) have been amended. The process for special application by students for Higher Degrees by Research and Master of Scientific Studies, outlined in clause 12 (e) have been updated.
