Summary of Changes from Previous Version

(i) 31 January 2017: Clause 39a amended to ensure compliance with the National Code 2007.

(ii) August 2016: Clause 61 amended to remove the reference to the UNE Ombudsman. The UNE Council took the decision to discontinue the UNE Ombudsman and the UNE Ombudsman Rule was rescinded 12/8/2016. Any Ombudsman matters should be referred to the NSW Ombudsman.
