Summary of Changes from Previous Version

13/03/2018 – Administrative changes were made to accommodate UNE’s new Faculty structure, incorporating the authority of Deans to endorse an application for SSP. Additional administrative changes were made to include further detail to some clauses, with a view to clarifying the meaning of particular clause content. Changes were made to clauses 14, 15, 18, 19, 20(a), 20(b), 22, 25, 28, 30, 33, 36 and 44. Clause 50 was removed, and all clauses following were renumbered accordingly. Clause 50 maintained that ‘The University may seek repayment of the travel grant if in its view, the financial assistance received is not consistent with University policy or with the goals of the SSP as set out by the staff member.’ Administrative changes were then applied to new clauses 51, 55, 58(b) and 58(c), at clause 60 (removal of sub-clause (a) and inclusion of new sub-clause (c)) and at clauses 62 and 63.

Amendments to this version were as follows: Removal of clause 37 from previous version, renumbering of existing clauses accordingly. Administrative changes to clauses 6, 31, 40, 48, 50, 63.
