Further to the review of this document effective from 18 April 2016, Section 1 of the Rule was expanded on 5 May 2017 to include a new Clause 2. As a result, all remaining Clauses contained within the Rule have been renumbered.   Clause 2 was developed to accommodate the TEQSA requirement for the University to provide secure access to electronic information and adequate electronic communication services to students and staff on a continuous basis during periods of authorised access at locations under the University’s direct control.
