Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Membership of the Committee has been revised to reflect position based membership. An Authorities section has also been added to the document. These changes were approved by the Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer on 17 December 2018, but the publication of the revised Terms of Reference was intended to occur at the same time as the publication of the University’s Equity and Diversity Rule (June 2019).
