Summary of Changes from Previous Version

1. the definition for Senior Executive (where this is included), changing from �~the Vice-Chancellor and their direct reports (excluding support staff), to specified positions: Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. This reflects the current Senior Executive members, as the Vice-Chancellor has direct reports who are not support staff, or members of the Senior Executive;
2. Interpretation Clause/s to reflect the rescission of the Authority Retained by Council Rule (replaced by UNE Delegations Framework Rule), and Functions of the Vice-Chancellor Rule (now Vice-Chancellor Functions Rule).
