Summary of Changes from Previous Version

27 Feb 2019: Amendment made to clause 8 of this Rule, to remove sub-clause 8(a). Sub-clause 8(a) was retained within the Rule in error. Since the publication of the Rule on 3 Jul 2018 UNE no longer offers post salary deductions as a payment option for Yarm Gwanga fees. Available fee options are outlined at Yarm Gwanga’s webpage (https://yarmgwangachildcare.com.au/forms-and-policies/fees/)

3 July 2018: Changes the Yarm Gwanga Fees Rule incorporate the Government’s new Child Care Package including a new Child Care Subsidy to be implemented at the start of the new 2018 financial year. A new administrative software system has been adopted at UNE to manage childcare accounts, also resulting in amendments to the procedures that are informed by this Rule.
