Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Clause 4(i) of this policy has been amended to remove the reference to the UNE Ombudsman. The UNE Council took the decision to discontinue the UNE Ombudsman and the UNE Ombudsman Rule was rescinded 12/8/2016. Any ombudsman matters should be referred to the NSW Ombudsman.
