Summary of Changes from Previous Version

11/7/17: Amendments to Clauses 10, 94 and 95 of this Rule were approved by Academic Board Standing Committee. These amendments (i) identified sexual assault and sexual harassment as specific acts of behavioural misconduct, and (ii) defined sexual assault and sexual harassment. Amendments at Clause 5 mirrored recent updates to legislation.

10/9/18: Amendment to Clause 45a to reflect that the Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor is the Chair of the Student Conduct Appeals Committee. Amendment approved by the Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer.
