On 17 December 2020 these Guidelines were replaced by the Admission, Credit and Enrolment Guidelines. 22/09/2017: Incorporated title change from Director Student Administration and Services, to Director Student Success. Clause 57 of this procedure has been amended to remove the reference to the UNE Ombudsman. The UNE Council took the decision to discontinue the UNE Ombudsman and the UNE Ombudsman Rule was rescinded 12/8/2016.
