Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Changes to the ToR are primarily providing further clarity to the functions of the Standing Committee of Convocation. In particular the removal of approval rights and further clarity related to its advisory function. Changes also reflect the need to renew the membership representation and eligibility of the Standing Committee of Convocation.
