Summary of Changes from Previous Version

20/10/2022 – Council Noted Administrative Change: Update Standard clause “authorised to make policies and associated information to support the operation of this University Rule. The policies and associated information must be compatible with the provisions of this Rule.” Changes approved by Council on 27th May 2022.


Clauses amended: 6g, 9b, 30, 31.


The University of New England Code of Conduct for Research Rule (CCR)  establishes a framework for responsible research conduct that provides a foundation for high-quality research, credibility and community trust in the research endeavour. Revisions to this June 2019 version of the document incorporate revised NHMRC Guidelines (2018) relating to the responsible conduct of research.
