On 27 July 2015 UNE launched the UNE Policy Library, a database driven policy managment system. This is the first version of this document to be published in the UNE Policy Library. The document has been re-formatted (e.g. numbering, fonts) to enable publication via the new database driven library, but is otherwise reflective of the approved version that was in effect at the time the UNE Policy Library was launched.

If you wish to access versions of this document that were in effect prior to launch of the UNE Policy Library, please email policies@une.edu.au.

On 2 December 2019, administrative changes were made to update reference to the UNE Academic and ELC Staff Collective Agreement and the UNE Professional Staff Collective Agreement and to amend reference to the Human Resources Services Directorate in clause 8 to the Head of Cost Centres.
